EXPRESS CHOCOLATE CAKE

Serves 4 to 6
Preparation : 20 min.Bake : 5 1/2 min.
- 200 g of dark chocolate
- 50 g of butter
- 3 eggs
- 100 g of powdered sugar
- 75 g of Tipiak Potato Flour 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1 sachet of vanilla-flavoured sugar
- 10 cl of semi-skimmed milk
Preparation
- Melt the chocolate and the butter in the microwave on a low power
- Crack the eggs, separating the egg whites from the egg yolks
- In a salad bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until you get a foamy mix
- Add the Tipiak Potato Flour, the baking powder and the vanilla-flavoured sugar. Mix
- Pour the chocolate and the melted butter, and mix
- Add the milk
- Beat the egg whites. Delicately incorporate them to the paste
- Pour in a shallow dish greased with butter and cook 5 and ½ minutes in the microwave to the maximum power. Serve warm or cold
Suggestion:
- Serve your cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
