EXPRESS SALMON MIJOTE WITH COUSCOUS IN THE MICROWAVE

  • 240 g of Tipiak Premium Couscous
  • 8 smoked salmon slices (300 g)
  • 1 basket of cherry tomatoes cut in half (about 25)
  • 20 cl of cottage cheese
  • ½ of a lemon juice
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • Salt, pepper
Preparation
  • In a casserole dish that fits your microwave, mix 30 cl of cold water with the couscous, the thinly sliced salmon and the cherry tomatoes cut in 2
  • Heat for 4 to 5 minutes (850 watts)
  • During the cooking, prepare the cold sauce: mix the cottage cheese with lemon juice, chopped chives, salt and pepper
  • Serve this sauce with your dish
