MARINATED CHICKEN BROCHETTES

Serves 4
Preparation : 30 min.Bake : 20 min.
- 4 chicken breast
- 2 individual plain yogurts
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of rosemary
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- ½ teaspoon of 4 spices mix (cinnamon, ginger, clove and nutmeg)
- Salt, pepper
- 50 g of Tipiak Breadcrumbs
- 1 green pepper sliced
- 1 yellow pepper sliced
- Cherry tomatoes
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Dice the chicken breast
- Prepare the marinade in a salad bowl: mix the yogurts, the lemon juice, olive oil, rosemary, oregano, 4 spices mix, salt and pepper
- Add the chicken and let it marinade for 20 minutes in your fridge
- Roll each cube of chicken in the Breadcrumbs
- Prepare the brochettes alternating chicken with the peppers and the cherry tomatoes
- Cook in the oven for 20 minutes
Suggestion:
- Just for a pleasant change, add mustard to your marinade and some cumin to the breadcrumbs
