MARINATED CHICKEN BROCHETTES

Serves 4
Preparation : 30 min.Bake : 20 min.

  • 4 chicken breast
  • 2 individual plain yogurts
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • ½ teaspoon of 4 spices mix (cinnamon, ginger, clove and nutmeg)
  • Salt, pepper
  • 50 g of Tipiak Breadcrumbs
  • 1 green pepper sliced
  • 1 yellow pepper sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes
Preparation
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C
  • Dice the chicken breast
  • Prepare the marinade in a salad bowl: mix the yogurts, the lemon juice, olive oil, rosemary, oregano, 4 spices mix, salt and pepper
  • Add the chicken and let it marinade for 20 minutes in your fridge
  • Roll each cube of chicken in the Breadcrumbs
  • Prepare the brochettes alternating chicken with the peppers and the cherry tomatoes
  • Cook in the oven for 20 minutes

Suggestion:

  • Just for a pleasant change, add mustard to your marinade and some cumin to the breadcrumbs
