Wok Quinoa à la Méditerranéenne

An original and greedy mix of quinoa, grains and vegetables. This new generous recipe combines the original texture of quinoa seeds and a Mediterranean taste with red peppers, tomatoes and zucchinis.
A stir fry already cooked which is the perfect side dish to serve alongside your meat, fish or poultry! A convenient format in bag, portionnable according to needs and ready in 9 minutes!

To stir-fry:

Pour the desired quantity into a hot pan, without adding any fat. Heat, covered, at high temperature for the indicated time stirring frequently.

  • For 170 g: 6 to 7 minutes
  • For 340 g: 7 to 8 minutes
  • For 500 g: 8 to 9 minutes.

In the microwave:

Reheating in the microwave possible during 8 minutes at maximum power for 500 g and during 5 minutes for 340 g. Mix halfway through cooking and before serving. Adjust the cooking time to your equipment.

You will find this product in the frozen department of your supermarket.

Red peppers 18,2%, yellow peppers 18,2%, tomatoes 16,2%, cooked bulgur 12,8%, durum wheat semolina 7,1%, grilled courgettes 6,5%, pre-fried onions 4,5% (onions, sunflower oil), cooked quinoa 4%, water, white wine, aromatic plants (including basil 1,3%), olive oil 1,3%, rapeseed oil, soy flakes, salt, malted rye flakes 0,7%, tomato concentrate, natural flavoring, concentrated lemon juice, spices.

Allergens to be declared under labelling requirements are shown in bold in the ingredient list.
Possible traces of: milk, egg, fish, molluscs, shellfish, sesame seeds, nuts, celery, mustard, lupin.

Storage: Until the date printed on the box at -18°C in the *** compartment of your refrigerator or in your freezer. ONCE FOOD IS THAWED DO NOT REFREEZE. MADE IN FRANCE.
