Pork brochettes with honey


Recipe preparation
  • Mix the meat with cumin, garlic, coriander, paprika and 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Prepare the brochettes alternating pork dices with orange segments
  • Cook the shallots with the couscous (do as indicated on the pack), the raisins and some olive oil
  • Cook the brochettes on a grill or on a barbecue until the meat is browned
  • Mix the sauce ingredients and bring to the boil while stirring. Turn down the heat and let it simmer until the sauce gets thicker
  • Serve the brochettes with the couscous and the sauce


  • 240g of Tipiak wholemeat couscous
  • 1 tablespoon of raisins
  • 1 orange cut in segments
  • 2 chopped shallots
  • 500 g of diced pork fillets
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons of cumin seeds
  • ½ teaspoon of ground coriander
  • ¼ teaspoon of ground paprika
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

For the sauce:

  • 12,5 cl of orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • Salt and pepper
