Bulgar wheat with cheese, bacon and turkey


Recipe preparation
  • Prepare the Tipiak Boulgour as indicated on the pack
  • Slice the escalopes and the bacon. Dice the carrots
  • In a pan, cook the escalopes and the bacon. Add the carrots and the peas, and cook for 15 minutes
  • Add the cheddar slices, let it melt then incorporate the milk to obtain a fluid sauce. Let it simmer for a few minutes
  • Pour the Boulgour in a dish and add the mixture


  • 175 g of Tipiak Boulgour
  • 2 thin turkey escalopes
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 glass of peas
  • 4 slices of cheddar (or melted cheese)
  • 1 glass of milk
  • Salt, pepper
