Crispy bouchees of salmon tartar


Recipe preparation
  • Dice the salmon
  • Mix with the dill, the lemon juice, salt and pepper
  • Put a bit of tartar on each Tipiak Bread Croutons
  • Serve chilled

Suggestion :

  • You can replace the lemon juice with lime juice, the taste will be different but equally tasteful


  • 1 bag of Tipiak Bread Croutons (80 g)
  • 300 g of smoked salmon
  • 3 slices of fresh salmon
  • 2 teaspoons of dill
  • Salt, pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
