Couscous with spices cheeseburger style


Recipe preparation
  • Slice the peppers and the onion, cook it in a pan with some olive oil
  • Cook the Tipiak Couscous with Spices as indicated on the pack
  • Add the eggs, the Gruyere, salt, pepper and mix
  • Shape galettes with the mix (as big as the steaks) and put them in a pan. Cook for 2 minutes on each side
  • Cook the steaks
  • Make the cheeseburgers: melt some butter in a pan and cook the 4 galettes. Put a slice of melted cheese on each galette, then the peppers, the steak, another slice of cheese and finish with another galette
  • Serve the cheeseburgers with green salad


  • 250 g of Tipiak Couscous with Spices
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 60 g of grated Gruyere
  • Salt, pepper
  • 4 minced beef steaks
  • 8 slices of melted cheese
  • 1 knob of butter
