Sunny salad of spicy couscous with croutons and tzatziki


Recipe preparation
  • In a salad bowl, pour 125 g of Tipiak Couscous with Spices, 125 ml of boiling water and a knob of butter. Mix and cover for 5 minutes. Leave in the fridge

Prepare the tzatziki:

  • Peel and dice the cucumber
  • Mix the chick-peas, the cottage cheese, the fresh cream and the sesame oil
  • In a salad bowl, mix the cucumber, the previous mix, the dill, the mint leaves, salt and pepper
  • Spread tzatziki on the croutons
  • Cut the cherry tomatoes in two
  • Prepare the seasoning
  • In a salad bowl, put the salad, Tipiak Couscous with Spices, the salmon, the cherry tomatoes and mix
  • Put the croutons with tzatziki on top of your salad


  • 125 g of Tipiak Couscous with Spices
  • 1 bag of young salad leaves
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 100 g of chick-peas
  • 3 tablespoons of cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh cream
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons of dill
  • A few snipped mint leaves
  • Salt, pepper
  • 200 g of cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g of diced smoked salmon


  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt, pepper
