Paella with couscous


Recipe preparation
  • Slice the onions and brown them in a pan with some olive oil
  • After browing, add the sliced peppers. Once they are cooked, add the
  • sliced tomatoes
  • Once the vegetables cooked,  add the sliced chorizo and the pieces of
  • bacon.
  • Add the couscous with this mix, then pour ½ l of boiling water.
  • Allow to sit for 5 minutes covered, then stir and cook for 2 to 3 minutes more
  • Season with salt and pepper


  • You can also add prawns or squids to this dish


  • 240 g of Tipiak Saïda Couscous
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 200 g of smoked streaky bacon (or bacon cubes)
  • 200 g of chorizo
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt, pepper
