Pomegranate & cabbage salad with couscous


Recipe preparation
  • Thinly slice the cabbage
  • Prepare the couscous as indicated on the box and allow to cool
  • Pour  into 4 small salad bowls  the cabbage, the couscous, the raisins and the pomegranate
  • Delicately mix, season with the olive oil/lemon juice mix and the garlic. Add salt and pepper
  • Mix again, and serve chilled.


  • ½ green cabbage
  • 250 g of Tipiak Couscous
  • 50 g of raisins
  • 50 g of pomegranate
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salt, pepper
