Quinoa tabouleh infused with mint


Recipe preparation
  • Prepare the Tipiak Organic Gourmand Quinoa as indicated on the pack, before you cook it add the tea bags in the cooking water
  • Meanwhile, prepare the fruits: peel them then slice them in small pieces
  • Once the Gourmand Quinoa is cooked, strain it and save in the fridge
  • Once it is cold, add it to the fruits and the prawns
  • Add salt, pepper, and save in the fridge
  • Before you serve your dish, decorate it with fresh mint


  • 200 g of Tipiak Organic Gourmand Quinoa
  • 4 bags of mint green tea
  • 2 pink grapefruits
  • 1/2 pineapple
  • About 20 prawns
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh mint
