Roasted prawns with vegetables and a spicy couscous


Recipe preparation
  • Brown the prawns in a pan with the spinach, carrots, garlic and butter for a few minutes
  • Add the coconut milk, the water and bring to the boil
  • Away from the heat, add the Couscous with Spices, cover and leave it for 4 minutes
  • Cook for 1 to 2 minutes while stirring
  • Serve straightaway


  • 1 bag of Tipiak Couscous with Spices
  • 300 g of peeled prawns
  • 120 g of sliced spinach leaves
  • 200 g of grated carrots
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 30 g of butter
  • 15 cl of coconut milk
  • 15 cl of water
