Recipe preparation
  • Add some raisins to the couscous and cottage cheese mix
  • You can incorporate Provence Herbs and mustard to emphasize the taste of your sauce


  • 1 bag of Tipiak Couscous with Spices
  • 2 courgettes
  • 210 g of cottage cheese
  • 2 grated carrots with some salad dressing

For the sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons of cottage cheese
  • 1/2 portion of goat cheese
  • Salt, pepper
