Winter fruit salad with quinoa


Recipe preparation
  • Cook the Organic Gourmand Quinoa as indicated on the box, strain it and save in a salad bowl
  • Meanwhile, peel and dice the oranges
  • Slice the dates and the figs
  • Once the Quinoa is cold, add the orange pieces, figs, dates, orange juice, salt and pepper
  • Mix honey with lemon juice and cinnamon
  • Pour it on the quinoa mix and delicately stir
  • Serve immediately in plates or in individual verrines


  • During summer, you can prepare this salad with fruits like strawberries, raspberries, supplemented with mint or basil

  • 2 oranges
  • 80 g of dry figs
  • 80 g of dates
  • Juice of one orange
  • Salt, pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of powdered cinnamon
