Express couscous with vegetables


Recipe preparation
  • Defrost the vegetables, then thinly slice them and add olive oil.
  • Microwave for 3 minutes (850 watts) in a microwave safe dish
  • Add the Tipiak Express couscous  and the water. Mix it all.
  • Microwave again for 4 minutes (850 watts).
  • Serve immediately.


  • Add some fresh cheese dices on top of your dish.


  • 500 g of frozen grilled vegetables (peppers, courgettes, eggplants)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 200 g of Tipiak Express Couscous
  • 25 cl of water
