Express couscous with vegetables
- Defrost the vegetables, then thinly slice them and add olive oil.
- Microwave for 3 minutes (850 watts) in a microwave safe dish
- Add the Tipiak Express couscous and the water. Mix it all.
- Microwave again for 4 minutes (850 watts).
- Serve immediately.
- Add some fresh cheese dices on top of your dish.
- 500 g of frozen grilled vegetables (peppers, courgettes, eggplants)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 200 g of Tipiak Express Couscous
- 25 cl of water
