Filet mignon with couscous, pears and honey


Recipe preparation
  • Slice the filet mignon
  • Brush with olive oil, pepper and thyme
  • Marinate it for 30 minutes in the fridge
  • Peel the pears, cut them in quarters, remove the seeds and sprinkle with lemon juice
  • Prepare Tipiak Express Couscous as indicated on the box
  • Grease a pan with butter
  • Cook the meat pieces on each side
  • Add the pears and brown them
  • Pour honey over it and let it caramelize
  • Add the cider and allow half of it to reduce, then add the mustard
  • Away from the heat, add water and the couscous
  • Allow to rest for 1 1/2 minutes
  • Season and cook for a few moments
