Winter royal couscous gratin


Recipe preparation
  • Preheat the oven to 210°C
  • Dice the tomatoes
  • In a frying pan, brown the onions, the garlic and Raz el Hanout spices with some olive oil for a few minutes
  • Add the tomatoes, the couscous vegetables, the chickpeas, the parsley, water and the raisins. Cook for 5 minutes
  • Put the Express couscous in a gratin dish
  • Cover with the vegetables
  • Cook in the oven for 20 minutes


  • You can spread flaked almonds on your dish


  • 3 bags of Tipiak Express Couscous
  • 1 kg of peeled tomatoes
  • 100 g of cooked chickpeas
  • 400 g of vegetables for couscous
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 handful of raisins
  • Salt
  • 30 cl of water
  • 1 teaspoon of Raz el Hanout
