Brownie with hazelnuts


Recipe preparation
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C
  • Grease a baking pan with butter
  • Melt the chocolate and the butter in a pan or in the microwave
  • Add sugar, the eggs, milk and whisk
  • Add the flour, the Tipiak Potato Flour, the hazelnuts and mix until you get a homogeneous dough
  • Pour the mix in the baking pan and bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Allow to cool

      Suggestions :

      • Put icing sugar on the brownie
      • Serve your dessert with vanilla, mint, or chocolate ice cream, or even custard
      • You can put walnuts, pecan nuts or pine kernels instead of hazelnuts


      • 75 g of butter
      • 150 g of dark chocolate
      • 150 g of sugar
      • 3 eggs
      • 4 cl of milk
      • 40 g of flour
      • 40 g of Tipiak Potato Flour
      • 100 g of crushed hazelnuts
