Brownie with hazelnuts
Preparation
Recipe preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Grease a baking pan with butter
- Melt the chocolate and the butter in a pan or in the microwave
- Add sugar, the eggs, milk and whisk
- Add the flour, the Tipiak Potato Flour, the hazelnuts and mix until you get a homogeneous dough
- Pour the mix in the baking pan and bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Allow to cool
Suggestions :
- Put icing sugar on the brownie
- Serve your dessert with vanilla, mint, or chocolate ice cream, or even custard
- You can put walnuts, pecan nuts or pine kernels instead of hazelnuts
