Express chocolate cake


Recipe preparation
  • Melt the chocolate and the butter in the microwave on a low power
  • Crack the eggs, separating the egg whites from the egg yolks
  • In a salad bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until you get a foamy mix
  • Add the Tipiak Potato Flour, the baking powder and the vanilla-flavoured sugar. Mix
  • Pour the chocolate and the melted butter, and mix
  • Add the milk
  • Beat the egg whites. Delicately incorporate them to the paste
  • Pour in a shallow dish greased with butter and cook 5 and ½ minutes in the microwave to the maximum power. Serve warm or cold


  • Serve your cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream


  • 200 g of dark chocolate
  • 50 g of butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g of powdered sugar
  • 75 g of Tipiak Potato Flour
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 1 sachet of vanilla-flavoured sugar
  • 10 cl of semi-skimmed milk
