To stir-fry:

Pour the desired quantity into a hot pan, without adding any fat. Heat, covered, at high temperature for the indicated time stirring frequently.

• For 170 g: 6 to 7 minutes
• For 340 g: 7 to 8 minutes
• For 500 g: 8 to 9 minutes.

In the microwave:

Reheating in the microwave possible during 8 minutes at maximum power for 500 g and during 5 minutes for 340 g. Mix halfway through cooking and before serving. Adjust the cooking time to your equipment.

• Pour over 150 ml (5,5 fl oz) boiling water.
• Cover with clingfilm and leave to stand for 8 minutes.

• As soon as they are removed from the freezer, take off the protective film and leave to defrost in the refrigerator for 2 hours, or leave to defrost at room temperature (18°C) for 1 hour.
